These terms apply when you buy from soelsewhere.com.au or use the Smart Travel Companion at my.soelsewhere.com.au. SO ELSEWHERE is an Australian business. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.

Our products
We sell digital products: printable and fillable PDF planners, and access to the Smart Travel Companion, a web app for planning and keeping your journeys. Product descriptions explain what each one includes.

PDF planners
Planners are licensed for your personal use. You're welcome to print as many copies as you need for yourself and your household. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files, or use them for commercial purposes.

Smart Travel Companion: access
Your purchase of the Smart Travel Companion or The SO ELSEWHERE Collection includes 12 months of access, from the day you buy. After that, your access continues at no extra cost for as long as we offer the companion. If that changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to save a copy of your journeys. SO ELSEWHERE+, an optional paid upgrade with extra features, may be offered in future; you won't lose the features you already have if you choose not to upgrade.

Your account
Each purchase is for one person's account. Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, as it's how you sign in.

Using the companion
Please use the companion for personal travel planning, and don't misuse it, for example by trying to access other people's accounts or interfering with the service.

Your journeys
The details you enter belong to you. We only use them to provide the companion to you, as explained in our Smart Travel Companion Privacy notice.

Travel information
The companion and planners help you organise your plans, but they don't check bookings, prices, times or entry requirements, and the companion doesn't receive live flight or booking changes. Always confirm important details with your airline, accommodation and other providers.

Availability and changes
We aim to keep the companion available and reliable, but there may be occasional interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features over time.

Refunds and your rights
Our Refund policy explains when refunds are available. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as missed travel arrangements arising from information entered into the companion or planners.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the latest version here and let companion users know about significant changes.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
