How to access

1. Complete your purchase. Your planner downloads arrive with your order.
2. Visit my.soelsewhere.com.au and sign in with the same email address you used at checkout.
3. We'll email you a secure link and code. No password needed.

Good to know

The planners and the companion are separate, so details don't sync between them. Use whichever suits the moment. Your travel details in the companion are entered by you; it doesn't import bookings or track live flight changes.

Your access

Your purchase includes 12 months of access to the Smart Travel Companion, from the day you buy. After that, your access continues at no extra cost for as long as we offer the companion. If that ever changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to save a copy of your journeys. Each purchase is for one person's account. SO ELSEWHERE+, an optional upgrade with extra features, is planned for the future.
